We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

1. Email admin@autodropshop.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the provided address.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo and your order number.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
